The Stashbox is located within the United States. Shipments are shipped from Wylie, TX. We only ship to locations within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe. We do not ship to a PO Box.
Same Day Shipping
All orders placed before 3pm CST ship out same day Mon- Fri. Orders placed after 3pm CST or on a weekend or holiday will ship the following business day. Adult signature (18 or older) is required upon delivery. Customers will receive free shipping on orders over $25.00 or have the option to pick an expedited carrier. Orders under $25 will allow the customer to choose the method of shipment that works best for them.
All packages are shipped in unmarked mailers or boxes. There will be no markings on the package that shows the content.
The Stashbox accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover credit or debit cards. Payment will be authorized and charged at the time you submit your order. If the payment authorization fails, your order will automatically be canceled, and you’ll be prompted to re-enter the card information or provide an alternative form of payment. No order will be shipped until payment goes through successfully.
**The Stashbox will only ship product to those who have purchased it and agreed to our terms and conditions. We will only ship to the credit card holders name and address.
Your billing address must match the shipping address. **
After an order is placed you’ll receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. You’ll receive a separate email when the order is ready to ship, including the tracking number for your shipment. Depending on the destination it will take 1-5 business days for delivery in the USA and up to 3 weeks for international delivery.
Wrong or Incorrect Address
If you fail to enter the correct address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of shipping it to the correct address. It is your responsibility to ensure you give us the correct address. Be sure to double check the address you entered prior submitting your order.
Package not Delivered
If your package tracking information shows delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact the local post office to see where the package was left. Once a package is delivered The Stashbox is no longer responsible. We cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property, thank you for understanding!
Change or Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately by phone, live chat, or email email@example.com. If the order shipped prior to The Stashbox being contacted, you will still be charged, and a refund will not be processed until we’ve received the returned package in accordance with our return policies. If possible, refuse the shipment. If not, we can send you a return label and you will be charged a 15% restock fee. Please review our return policy.
