Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by The Stashbox. We do not accept returns that were not authorized by The Stashbox under any circumstances. Please contact us immediately by phone, live chat, or email customerservice@thestashboxtx.com. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

If you are not satisfied for any reason you may file a return within 7 days of delivery. 

We go to great links to ensure your item arrives at its destination the same way it left our facility. In the event you receive a broken, incorrect or missing item please contact us immediately following the respective process below. 

Broken Item 

If you receive a broken item please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date following the below process.

  • Pictures of the condition and the package it arrived in
  • Picture of the shipping label
  • Invoice number
  • Contact information

Please save the package and packaging material and we will contact you within 48 hours with resolution.

We will either send a replacement or issue a refund. If we issue a refund, credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please dispose of all broken glass carefully and responsibly. The Stashbox is not liable for broken glass injury’s.

Incorrect Item

If you receive an incorrect item please contact us within 7 days from delivery date.

We will contact you within 48 hours with resolution. Please save the package and packaging material in order to return the item to us. Once the error is verified, we will send you a shipping label and further instructions.

Please be sure to package it the same way it arrived to ensure the product does not break on the way back to us. We highly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When the order is received and inspected by The Stashbox, and approved, we will send you the correct item or refund the order amount. 

If we issue a refund, credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Missing Item

If an item or component from your order is missing please contact us within 7 days from delivery date.

 Personal Preference

Please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.

Personal preference returns will incur a 15% re-stock fee plus return shipping charges OR the option of store credit for the full amount of your purchase. Please be sure to package it the same way it arrived to ensure the product does not break on the way back to us. We highly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once the item is received by The Stashbox we will issue a refund, less the restock fee, OR issue store credit within 48 hours as long as the item is in the same condition we shipped it. If we issue a refund, credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
